The place really was nice. I love that it didnt have carpet in the room nice hard wood floors and clean. First thing I did was look for bed bugs on the sheets and mattress had a terrible experience with hotel like these i.e. Extended Stay "Holiday Inn" roach on the ceiling and roaches greeting me at bathroom. Anyway off topic. I would recommend this place to family and friends. And my next visit I would come to this place again. Clean and quiet and the beds are comfortable just wish they had Double Queen size beds instead of full size they are small. Also if you want cold rooms let the A/C run for a good 2hrs before you really start ferling the cool. They might need to change the filters. It took awhile before our room even felt cool.

Walked in the room and light didn't work. Bathroom was filthy.Iron didn't work. Bed didn't look freshly made. Couldn't adjust the AC. Lobby eating space was dark. No elevator for second floor. Older people have to carry their luggage up the stairs. Would never stay here again.

Easy to get to and parking was breeze. Location was great - walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was scheduled to be served at 6am and they had everything out earlier which was great!

I made a reservation in February. I called three days before we were going on our trip to let them know. I would be arriving late so that they wouldn’t give up our room. When I got there, they had given up our room. The room we received had no phone in the room and the TV did not work. The room had a smell to it. It was dirty. The breakfast was very basic housekeeping never came to clean our room. I had to ask for them to come take out the garbage get new towels. It was a sad experience.

It was convenient location for what we needed & price and probably as clean as it would get but the breakfast options were limited, staff was on a "smoke/social break" when needed and I had to go outside to get her. We also were glad that we were on the second floor, given the questionable activity. I expected more out of a quality inn.

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We had issues with our room being very very unclean (grimy floor, little black hairs and popcorn kernels on the beds/pillows, hairs on the ice bucket, tub/shower dirty) and we needed at least one room on the first floor due to my dad having trouble with stairs. When we left the next morning to go about our day they said they will be able to change our rooms for the second night. When we come back in the evening and ask about our rooms, they said they had thought we had checked out and booked out our rooms already and had nothing avaible. The cleaning ladies apparently said we had left our key cards in the rooms but we pulled them out of our pockets and showed them that we clearly did not. They tried then to find us 2 rooms at another hotel but they were booked. She was able to find a room that just needed to be cleaned for my dad, and our room had not been booked yet, it just had not been cleaned. It was a mess and we were not able to go to bed until 1:30am. There were many other things that gave this place a terrible rating, but I will say the one front desk lady who helped us at night was very friendly and very very helpful. We just had an overall terrible experience. I was supposed to received a refund for half off each room for the second night but it has been 7 days and still not received. I called one day and they said 3-5 days. I called at 5 days and they said 5-7 days. I am still waiting.

This has been the worst stay that I have had at a hotel. The have a bug issue because there were ladybugs all around the window. The entryways are not secure as you don’t need to use the key to get in(which is a huge security risk). But the most egregious thing is the Wi-Fi being out. I work remotely and had to leave the hotel for the majority of my stay because it was out. I’m sorry doesn’t put my lost wages back into my pocket. We’re working on it for 20+ hours doesn’t either. The property manager is not doing a good job with the upkeep. There were no coffee cups in the room. The water was barely lukewarm in the shower. The free breakfast should be called a very light breakfast. No meat. Drink machines broken the entire time. Out of all the front desk members, Shanea was the only one who was accommodating. Never again.

I was appalled at this place. I took pictures to have verification…mold on the outside of every AC unit, massive dumpster in front of hotel near entrance, rust all over the bathtub, husband had to fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush, patchwork drywall unfinished, holes along baseboards into walls, TP shoved into prep hole of door,ceiling tiles missing in hallway, stains on the bathroom towels. We couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Hotels.com but we sure as heck paid out our hard earned money to book a stay at a different hotel in town. This place was disgusting. Front desk staff was super friendly….only plus to the entire experience.
