Great area

The staff was great and made accommodations since Expedia did not get the correct dates that the reservation was made for.

Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops!

I didn’t like that the tv wouldn’t work alot of the time it would say no signal, I didn’t like that the power went out and my food was spoiled in the fridge so I had to throw it out cause it smelled.

This is an old property with charm. The walkways to rooms shows its age but lobby, pool, and rooms are updated. Across the street from several dining options. Hotel breakfast was very good.

The Crowne Plaza was well-maintained. Nice property. However, the room itself had a very loud air-conditioning unit that woke us up every time it kicked on. Not being able to get a good nights. Sleep is a problem.

Awesome location - great staff - classic design

All staff were beyond nice. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. The room was spotless and spacious. Will definitely be coming back again!

The hotel property, especially the lobby and fromt grounds are very inviting and great! The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are spacious and comfortable.

I really did not enjoy the layout of the property. They give you a map to find your room after check in. Feels like you are walking through a maze to find your room..everytime you go in and out your room. Not convenient at all

The Crowne Plaza is activity central for GCU's PhD students and faculty. It is always nice and the staff is primo. So whenever we go to Phoenix, we stay there!

Nice place

It smelled like an old hotel. No bell man. We had to carry all of our stuff 3 floors up. Wouldn’t stay there again

We had a great stay at the Crowne. Easily accessible and walkable downtown bar and restaurant scene. Everyone was SO nice there. We loved the pool/bar area as well as other little activities. Only con would be that we couldn’t seem to access the wifi our entire stay. Overall, this was a great experience and place to stay during our first visit to AZ!
