Old hotel . Velvet parking needs to wait 15min. Bed is soft . Carpet not clean enough . Breakfast toaster is broken . Hotel needs a good renovation . Not worth $550 USD a night at all . Not recommended

Went for a last minute quick stop over and really enjoyed the views, comfortable rooms and restaurant and bar ambiance!

Check-in was great (due to Rachel) & received an upgrade since it was our anniversary. Excellent location. Room was nice but had a musty smell. Found a large hole in the bathroom wall where it looks like some repairs were made. Room should be offline until it has been completely repaired. Disappointed about the $50/day parking fee since it is not mentioned.

The property is within walking distance or short driving distance of many main locations of Tampa. The valet service was quick and kind. My room was as clean as can be. Overall, great stay for a trip to Tampa

Hotel was in a great location for nightlife.

Great location, impeccable service! The walking distance to attractions and restaurants was a plus. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Hotel charges high price but it is a dated hotel and badly needs renovation if they want to justify the rates

Great place

Needs a seious update, elevators were down, no real restarunt on site poor.

We did a very long further valet, lobby was very crowded loud and noisy at 11 PM at night. Whooped two Queen’s bed was given one king bed, and cot ! Loud elevator, one floor smells like marijuana

The hotel was nice, but had a couple unexpected upcharges for no extra benefits. They only have valet parking, and the breakfast was $25 per person, but really was just a regular hotel breakfast, nothing special. They did give us a $30 voucher, but we had to pay $30 for breakfast anyway. Then a resort fee, but no real “resort” amenities. Service was excellent however. Appreciate all the staff, they were wonderful.

Do not like having to pay resort fees for tickets not used.

First impressions count a lot and the property was stark and unwelcoming. The only restaurant/bar/ lounge area had three large screen tv’s blaring out the same football game. They have no dedicated breakfast area and we were advised to use one of the local restaurants. The food they do sell is basic bar food. Overall, very disappointing. We found it poor value for money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy, close access to coffee house, breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, as well as walking distance to groceries and sights.

Pool water was freezing

Drunks yelling in the hallway until 2:00 am and no answer at the front desk for assistance.

The $50 per night resort fee was not mentioned until arrival. Additionally, there was no self parking, and valet parking was $50 per night.

Housekeeping was terrible

The room carpet was heavily worn , caulking etc in bath area could be done profesionally . The hotel has a great location , comfy bed , conveinant walking and food choices.,
