The room and location were very good for the area. Coordination on getting into the hotel parking is a problem.

Great property, good location

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, pleasant rooms and good facilities. Excellent art display in communal areas, decent gym and great breakfast. It has it's own parking, which is very useful in high season, though it does cost 21 Euros a day... The heat in August 2025 put a strain on an ageing air conditioning system and it would be good if the hotel could upgrade TVs at some point, to include apps and some English speaking channels.

Pretty basic hotel & room - staff was friendly & helpful… Nothing special… clean, safe place

Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the old town & beach but its flat. It was extremely busy but has many bars & restaurants. Buzzing. There is a beautiful sunset to be seen down at the beach. We have a motorbike and there is secure parking at the hotel.

Good hotel 25 minute walk to old town but easy walk. No coffee in room or English Channel on TV. Really reasonable prices in the bar so on the whole not a bad property.

Super hotel on the river, fifteen minutes to centre and beaches. Hotel staff are friendly and professional, rooms are large and clean. This was a late booking as our planned accommodation had fallen through - this was a much better choice than the one we had planned to stay in!

We needed a parking space. Underground garage (21euro/night) has a direct elevator access to the hotel. The entrance to the garage was a bit narrow, but no problem with our mid size SUV. 15-20 minutes easy walking (flat) to the old city center. Room was very clean and enough space for two of us. Quiet even it faced to a busy road. Good choice if you need a parking space.

We had a Terrace Room. We were surprised at how large the terrace was. My wife was recovering from a broken hip, so relaxing on the terrace with a bottle of wine was just what the doctor ordered.

Convenient and well located

Competent English speaking staff on front desk… all hours! Prices for food and drinks were comparable to local bars, something that never happens in England! Big turnover of guests but never felt crowed.

Overall good facilities, but unbearably hot inside the rooms even with windows open.

The hotel was very nice but it was advertised as being close to the beach. It was actually a twenty minute walk. I expected it to be closer.

A stop over while travelling to Bilbao. Busy hotel with a good cafe and restaurant.

Right on the river. 20 minute walk to old town.
