check in process really takes time but the room, location are the best, and there's a shuttle car to the malls

Indonesian citizens for those who go to Thailand more than 2 people, I suggest staying at this hotel (so you can share the fee).. In my opinion, it is close to everywhere. The staff is friendly, the comfort is OK. Thank you.... I have stayed here twice during my visit to Thailand.

The experience was perfect for the price. We were really sad because we didn’t have time to try the food but would do next time.

Good location and hotel, ok to stay again

This place is very disappointing I didn't expect this, the rooms are very old and the furniture is very old and dirty, the light switch buttons are broken as well and the room service buttons are broken as well you can't tell which button is for cleaning and for the room cleaning the just make your bed and don't even change the sheets also the air conditioning is very hot even on the highest setting. The lobby is very noisy kids and adult are screaming till 12 am. The staff are very rude and if you ask them about the card or changing the rooms they don't allow you to renew they card. I don't recommend it at all not even for one night!

Serving well, warmly, enthusiastically, However, the location is 3km from the center but the actual traffic jams (in front of the hotel there is a construction part) should be very difficult and expensive to move. Comfortable room but old sauna, dripping cold water shower (although reflecting reception but not supported).

Good service, like this part, but breakfast is not good. I went down to eat at half past six. No food to fill Food focused on Indian food Thailand has only fried morning glory and stir-fried vegetables which have to wait almost twenty minutes to fill up. Meet the foreigners to come to the lap tour almost again. Finally, eating rice with water, stir-fried with morning glory and bread. People stay better than usual or slow.
