The staff were great! The room was spectacular and clean every day. The hotel and facilities were spotless! The food was very good. The drinks were top shelf! The overall experience was great and would recommend! JK

We booked a loft suite and it was the perfect room for us—two boys 10/14. Room was clean and serviced twice daily. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Resort walkable to dolphin experience and shops.

The staff was excellent, very focused on customer service. The “resort” wasn’t exactly as it was described a lot smaller and more like a hotel however the trip was relaxing. I wouldn’t compliment the food, it was rather on the cheap side and seemed like it was a lot of frozen food rather than made to order. The friendly nature of the people and the cleanliness made up for a lot. However I would not be a return customer

I recently stayed at the Cozunel Palace Hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. The room cleanliness was subpar; I found hairs on the towels, floor, and sheets, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the staff at the kids' club was not welcoming or professional. They made inappropriate comments to the parents of children, suggesting that they need to educate their kids better when addressing typical child behavior. This attitude was completely out of line. Furthermore, the hotel itself felt outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

The resort itself was first class, all of the staff was amazing, super friendly, clean, and professional. The food was absolutely amazing everywhere we went and was definitely not a disappointment for an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were very nice very clean and accommodating. Wish there was a little more nighttime entertainment or things to do especially on a cloudy or rainy day. We stayed for six nights and had an amazing time. ALAN was our favorite guy there who was so friendly and helpful and brought us drinks faster than we could drink them. But everyone there was just as kind and courteous. Would definitely return here. Only downside was there was no beach, but we knew that upfront.

Property was great; service impeccable. We booked a honeymoon suite that was wonderful. HOWEVER, watch out for the "Vacation Property Specialists." I repeatedly told one "specialist" NO however he kept hounding me. Quite simply, from where I come from - no means no. Then after that, the "specialist" kept giving me the skunk eye when I past by the area. Like really Cozumel Palace? I also observed another couple being "ambushed" and she shifted from English to Spanish in the event that "specialist" didn't understand. She still felt harassed as I spoke to her about her experience. Upon checking out, another "specialist" flagged me for a coupon discount if I visit again, which I paid $ 299 US for but I have yet so see the email now that I am home. We will stay at this property again however, I will escalate to management if I am harassed again. Not cool Cozumel Palace, not cool.

The room was sparkling clean, the staff were kind and attentive, the amenities are amazing… food, spa services, snorkeling and diving were excellent!

Great service and the food was amazing. The coffee shop every morning was one of our favorite parts of the day! Service was exceptional. I am drawing a blank on her name now, maybe Jennifer but she was wonderful and could remember our order of 7 drinks every day! We will be back. The kids loved being able to snorkel right there!

This hotel is the absolute best. We have stayed here ten times and will be back in February and November 2026. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. Yes, everything is clean, food is great, location is to die for - but the staff treats you like family and they make us want to come back over and over again!

We were only there 5 days it was spectacular compared to some of the other resorts in the island
