We were able to stay in a corner room and it was beautiful! The stay was great and the staff was wonderful during our conference!

The property was nice. It gives true vacation vibes with the amenities offered. Our issues were with the villa we placed in and the shuttle. The room was outdated and could have been more cleaned. It smelled of slight smoke smell, but it was enough to move rooms. Our TV channels did work, but it was corrected one the last day of our stay. The shuttle only runs two times a day. We booked the shuttle from the park for 5pm, it never came. We took a Lyft back and was able to get reimbursed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and understood our concerns and did whatever they could to make us happy. I would stay again, but I will stay in the tower instead of the villa's. We did not select a villa when booking, it was given to us at check-in. The villa's are just rooms outside of the tower, nothing special. It kind of gives motel vibes but better.

I’m very disappointed and was mislead by the unnecessary fees that was charged Tony card. This hotel is NOT a resort and is run down and outdated

Very well situated gym. Standing water between parked car and elevator all four days of our stay. No luggage stand in the room for our suitcases. No shower cap, qtips, tiny trash can in bathroom and not in main room. No pad or pen to use. The one tiny soap we were given for the sink was thrown away by housekeeping when they removed the washcloth and it was not replaced during our stay. Clean bedding and adequate towels. Parking charge not listed on website when reservation was made.

The place was dated like 2000s dated the bathroom was terrible. The toilet kept running water the room smelled the refrigerator smelled they need to clean that place. They also need to make consumers aware of the $38 fee for parking in addition to the resort fee that you must pay daily. That’s ridiculous. Do better.

Completely unlike any other Double Tree I’ve ever stayed in. Very unsafe as there was no parking close to the room so I had to park in an area that was very sketchy. Do not stay here if you value your safety.

The cleaning lady was so rude. She came at 9 am and we told her we were not ready to check out and she gave the biggest attitude and rolled her eyes. Room was musty and the shower wouldn’t drain. Disgusting. Would never stay again.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld for one night before our flight home. The check-in process was smooth, and we really appreciated the warm cookie we received from the concierge — a nice welcome touch! We stayed in one of the tower rooms, which was comfortable and clean. However, parking was a bit of a challenge — there were no available spots at first, and we had to drive around several times before finding one. It was also a little confusing to find the correct entrance from the parking lot; we ended up following other guests to figure out how to get inside. Once we settled in, everything went smoothly. The live music near the lounge and restaurant created a pleasant atmosphere, and although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked very inviting. What truly stood out was the breakfast — honestly, the best breakfast we’ve had in the past six months of traveling. There were made-to-order eggs, a great buffet selection with cheeses, croissants, and more. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I've stayed here several times over the last few years. It is not my first choice for the area, but the location is very good if you are visiting SeaWorld or Aquatica and don't have a car. With that being said, the cleanliness has been decreasing. During this last stay, our curtains had large stains across them. Our lampshade also had staining and a sticker from a previous guest. The room smelled of mildew. The tub and the sink looked grimy and had gray patches. On the positive, there was no visible bug activity. Regarding accessibility, unless you are in the tower, there is no elevator. If you cannot use the stairs, make sure to request a first floor room. The front desk was overburdened at check-in time with both people checking in and people asking to be placed in different rooms because they did not know that they would need to use the stairs to access their room. I already knew about this issue from prior trips and so I requested an accessible room. I use a walker and the room was fine for my needs, but it would likely be challenging for someone using a wheelchair. The doorway to the bathroom is narrow and the way the door swings outward is difficult to get around. There is also no transfer bench, just grab bars. I'm not sure if this is something that could be requested if needed. Overall, I would excuse the issues that this hotel has if the cost was lower. The location really is great, but other than that, the quality does not justify the price you pay.

Hotel was fine. The $38 parking fee along with the $25 resort fee was highway robbery. This was definitely not a resort and Mickey doesn’t even charge those kind of parking fees.

The hotel was very nice and close to the event that we attended. The issues were that they never had cookies available and they charged a very high price for Parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. The staff that we spoke to was not able to assist. The hotel was very outdated. And very noisy.
