A very nice place to stay during my business trip to Brunei Darussalam. The location of the hotel in the city center makes it easier to go for a walk and go sightseeing around the city, and the free shuttle to the shopping mall area that they provide is very nice and helpful. All of the staff are also very friendly.

It was a pleasure, from the airport pick-up to the return, and they were even willing to deliver my husband's jacket that he left in the room, even though there was a fee, no problem. We met Mr. Azis, the friendly hotel driver. The hotel is located in the city center.

All good, just the bed is getting aging!

It has iron, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The food was varied. You can take water (cold, hot, normal, sparkling) on the dispenser. Overall is good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed is super comfortable. The swimming pool is fun for the children. They love watching monkeys while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was also delicious. The receptionist and the bellboy were very friendly. It is located near to the famous landmarks in Brunei such as Royal Regalia Brunei. All in all, it was a great stay and we will certainly come to this hotel again in the future.

The hotel room is clean. Best hotek in town fot business travellers. Staff are helpful, especially Wandi at Front Desk. Overall stay was great.

A 5 stars hotel should be gives a great services. And Radisson Hotel management did it well.
