The food was ok at best. The buffet is overpriced for dinner

We(a family with two kids) really enjoyed our 4 days in this beautiful property. Very friendly and courteous staffs everywhere (Water Edge, Breakfast Buffet, check in, stores, etc..), Great food and nice room. Everything was so perfect and would definitely come back again!

We spent 5 nights here after a week at a family resort and it was a welcome change. Truly beautiful resort and the rooms are amazing (aircon is incredible!). Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a night. The check in was quick and easy and the champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the amount of time we had to wait at Tatavu (the restaurant) firstly for someone to take our order and then for the drinks to arrive. We even went to order ourselves after waiting and were told twice that someone was coming. Drinks arrived after 40 mins. I had to go and ask someone where the food was which took another 15 mins. This was the same experience at buffet breakfast the next morning. We finished eating but our tea and coffee still hadn’t been delivered so we left after an hour.

This property has many shops which makes it convenient for last minute purchases. The all inclusive breakfast was nice, however the lunch and dinner prices are very high. Room was clean and staff wonderful. The big downfall for this resort is the cost of laundry. Most guests will find they will come home with a lot of washing to do. For this reason, I am unlikely to book another stay at the Sheraton.

honestly was the best place ever

This Sheraton is a huge property, with well manicured gardens and expansive beach areas. Room is compact, tidy and modern Unfortunately the lobby and restaurants look dated, currently under renovation, the pathways too. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good, with 5 or 6 dishes different everyday. The fruit, dessert, soup, salad, pasta/pizza and juice bar the same daily no change. Dinner buffet changes theme every night with about 5 different dishes and a couple of specialty dishes every night. Nothing special. For the price they charge FJ$129 dinner, $89 bfast, it’s kinda insane. The worse experience is that the restaurant is always so stuffy warm, birds dropping everywhere

We arrived to the Sheraton for the last four days/ three nights of our Fiji vacation. Upon arriving, we were greeted very kindly, were offered early check in and given a glass of champagne to celebrate our arrival and time there. The rooms were spacious and bright. The bathrooms were very nice with large showers, plenty of lighting and loads of room. Our bathrooms, bedroom and bedding were all very clean upon arrival. Breakfast was included with our particular package we selected. They offer an extremely large breakfast buffet each morning with an immense amount of choices. Both my husband and I are vegetarian and we had plenty of options. 28g is the coffee bar onsite and they made great flat white and even offer ice cream. There are two pools onsite and another you will have shared access with at the property next door - Sheraton Villas. We found that the Sheraton Villas pool was much nicer than the two at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. It could be that those were very crammed with many kids, even in the off season. An extremely helpful feature this hotel has is the Fiji Airways lounge. We had to checkout of our room by 11:00am, but would flight didn’t leave until 9:00pm that night. We were still able to enjoy all the resort amenities after checking out. We had another full pool day, but were able to shower before our flight because the Fiji Airways lounge offers showers and changing rooms with everything you could possibly need.

Had a great relaxing trip! Enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities at the Sheraton. Bulla Vinaka.

Beautiful place to stay, good food, good facilities. The gym is a bit too far away for comfort. Room delivery charges are $ 14 per delivery which is a bit steep. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety and the rooms comfortable. Ocean view rooms are a bit far away from the ocean for an 'ocean view ' . Overall experience was good.

The stay was great at the Sheraton - however in case of bad weather there is not so much of backup option activities. They get cancelled and then a bit left without anything to do … i still highly recommend rhe Sheraton. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and beautiful.

An excellent hotel that I would recommend to anyone. A beautiful place, with staff who couldn’t have done more to help, gorgeous food and stunning surroundings.
