Carlton the bartender in the lobby bar was extremely nice, knowledgeable about the area and gave us a great bbq restaurant recommendation.

It was good for the time we were there, didn’t stay long, def recommend

First time at the W-S Doubletree. I liked it. My check-in was very friendly, the check-out not so much; the woman was not friendly. The staff at the complimentary coffee area was very helpful and friendly. Suggestion to have pool umbrellas or sun shades wind between the pergola roof of the 2 sitting areas. The towel bin looked dirty. Towels were great however!

The staff was nice- especially the buffet guy with the glasses - he’s a superstar! But the tubs are cracked and run down etc

Shower leaked and the towel rack was broken. Breakfast was good. People were friendly but the not as clean as I prefer.

Front desk staff at check in was rude and rushed through amenities upon checking in. Also in the room was a strange smell. The tub was filthy and peeling. We won’t be back.
