Very nice hotel although it’s an old building and rooms are a little on the snug side especially the bathroom. Great staff, good breakfast at reasonable prices.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds each on Hotels.com. When we checked in, the hotel told that was only a "request" and gave us two rooms each with one bed and one pull-out. Four friends traveling together, all in our 60s. A pull out sofa does NOT equal a bed. No price adjustment. This definitely downgraded our stay.

The property is beautiful. Parking is a challenge.

I loved the texting feature for this hotel. Our room was ready early and customer service was great! Rooms are very clean. Love the history this hotel has!

The hotel was perfectly located, and within walking distance to many locations to eat or drink. The room was nice and well-decorated. There is a free bus service in town that can shuttle you around if you have to walk a bit farther than expected.

Super family friendly but definitely looking forward to come back as a couples trip since there is so much to do! Loved the horse carriage ride through the city!

Our room did not have hot water, the bathroom door did not shut, and the door to the room did not shut unless it was slammed closed.
