The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. If I came to check in early, I had to pay an additional 15 CAD to get the room right away. If it was free, it would be 10 points.

Very strategic location, complete facilities, delicious breakfast. Located at the bus and skytrain station, highly recommended.

The good deal thing for me is having a Starbucks at the lobby is awesome. Very efficient escalator system. Need to improve in providing a better pillow. The goose inside has probably almost gone.
