I really enjoyed the luxurious lobby,restaurants, and staff! The rooms are a bit outdated but the pressure of the water while I showered made up for it! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, amenities good, room Service good, elevator was tricky, Breakfast amazing, staff amazing, laundry service the best. A couple of little things that didn’t work well of course!

I paid for a king size bed and I was given a full size bed and they wanted to charge me money for a family member to come visit me in my room.

I had an issue with parking because they don’t aloud motorcycles in their parking lot. Terrible, I did ruin my day and my stay.

The person who checked is in was miserable and not very nice I immediately didn’t feel welcomed at the hotel.

For a hotel that was once an icon, a landmark of the city I was shocked to see that I was placed in a room that seem to have not been upgraded or remodel in decades, old furniture, old looking bathrooms and closets. Although most of the service staff was pleasant and helpful on December 6th which was the day of my wife’s birthday celebration nothing special was even offered for her and the food and drink service was extremely slow. During my stay I felt like I wasn’t at the Intercontinental Cali but at an average yet overpriced hotel.
