The room sheets were dirty, the pool was closed, and the restaurant was not open during the afternoon. I could not check in until after 4:00. It was not a good experience at all! I will not stay at a Doubletree again.

Very nice place hotel was clean and quiet and offered Airport Shuttle was only there one night but when I'm back in Philadelphia this will be where I stay.

My check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room—it had a strong, dusty odor that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, I requested body wash gel for the shower each day, but despite multiple requests, housekeeping never provided it. I also purchased the breakfast package for two for three days. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was poor on the first day, and when I checked the bar on the second day, it was clear the offerings hadn’t improved—it just wasn’t worth the hassle. In the future, I’ll skip the prepaid breakfast option and decide after seeing what’s actually available.

Weather conditions in Denver forced our flight to be diverted and delayed for 3 hours. We were finally able to make it to Philadelphia in the early morning hours. In total including airport stay, plane flights and delays we spent 18 hours traveling from Washington state to Philadelphia. We had a 20 month old child and a 4 month old baby. To top it off, our luggage got misplaced and we only had our clothes we wore and the carry ons. We checked in to the hotel and the young lady was very pleasant. She offered us cookies and vouchers for breakfast. We gave specific instructions to inform us if our luggage came. We were in Philadelphia for 3 days and asked daily if our luggage came and the front desk person said no. We checked the airline app and it said they received our lost luggage report but our luggage was still in a different state. When we reached home and finally got hold of a live person from the airline, we were informed that the luggage was delivered to the hotel in the afternoon of our arrival! Nobody from the hotel informed us of our luggage even though we asked daily! Our luggage was left behind in a hotel with our work laptops, baby formula, prescription medications ! Apart from this, the hotel shuttle person was not very courteous and helpful. We asked why the hotel shuttle had no working seatbelts to secure the child seats. She was more interested in leaving the airport for the hotel and ignored our child safety concerns. Overall experience was TERRIBLE!!!

The lobby had a horrible smell, the bar’s floor was so sticky my shoe literally stuck to it. The room was very musty and the tub had a ton of rust.

I had a problem with my faucet in the bathroom. Was not able to reach anybody by phone even tried 45 minutes. Lucky room was not flooded with water.

The building is right across from the airport and offers parking and an airport shuttle which would be PERFECT for anyone in town to catch a flight. Check in took awhile, there was a long line when we arrived. One guest service person would help 3-4 guests check in while the other guest service person would get through one and then do other things for a time before taking someone else: they were on their phone, talking with other employees that walked by, disappeared in the back, typing on the computer - not sure if there was some task they were doing but it just seemed more like they were avoiding having to take person after person after person for check-ins. Anyway, the warm chocolate chip cookies helped my kids forgive and forget the wait in line lmao There ended up being an issue with our check in as we got charged for our stay again…even though we prepaid when we made the reservation. Got that figured out and headed to the room to meet my family. The room was nice but…there was no mini refrigerator nor was there a microwave. I thought that was pretty standard in any hotel room as I haven’t stayed in a hotel in the last…decade that didn’t have both. We called the front desk and they said they would send us both. Eventually, we did get a mini fridge but never got a microwave. We didn’t bother to keep calling and bugging them about it so we let it go. We’d rather have the mini fridge than microwave anyway.

Our room smelled damp. The curtains were so short that they didn't cover the whole window and the early morning sun shined in and reflected from the ac unit under the window and shined directly on my face while I was still in bed. The room next to us had a group of young folks throwing out a late night party and there were loud music and screaming even after midnight. I called the guest service line but nobody answered and had to go downstairs to the front desk to file the complaint. The office also ran out of the exit label for the parking lot ticket and we were told to press the Help button at the gate. There were two of us waiting in line for someone picking up the guest line to lift the gate for us and it took us several minutes until someone answered. Consider this is extra parking charge we had to pay, not even included in the hotel room charge!

I want a FULL REFUND. This hotel is disgusting as the rooms were filthy dust everywhere. The carpet was worn and ripped up and don't get me started on the bathrooms. My parents bathroom the shower would not turn on.. NO WATER. The staff while friendly were of no help. If it wasn't for graduation, I would have moved to another hotel asap. All hotels fully booked due to various graduations. I would have faired better sleeping in the rental truck. We were told the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. They should close it down now until it's completed. I have never stayed at such a horrible DoubleTree as this. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Staff has attitude and not friendly at all. Also the batlhroom has a damaged bottom door due to the water spilled out of the antiqued bathtub. Need to renovate bathroom to a modern shower.
