In a quiet area of Madrid. Very conveniently located to 2 metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Nice room but AC turned off and our room got very warm from the sun coming in through the window.. AC could not keep up.

A great place to stay and close to many things!

The receptionist was amazing and helped solve my situation incredibly fast very professional and kind. Apparently, I had booked the wrong hotel because there are two Salamancas: one in Madrid and one in Salamanca, lol. He handled everything so smoothly and made the whole situation much less stressful.

Staff were amazing. Very polite. Very helpful. Very patient. Rooms are super clean. Very modern. With the coolest, jazziest shower I ever saw. There is a bus stop right at the door!!! Was at 3 hotels in the last 2 weeks and NH was by far the very best!

I've stayed here almost every time I go to Madrid. Great location and hotel overall. Only thing I would say is that internet in the rooms was not great to work.

My room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room service for meals was fast, hot and delicious. A lovely, well kept property.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The staff was so kind and friendly, the breakfast was one of the largest buffets I’ve encountered, and the room cleanliness was superb!

Lovely hotel, 4 day trip, staff were welcoming. Easy access to the metro and to walk into Salamanca. Short walk to the Bullring. Breakfast was very well presented and tasty. Very clean hotel.Metronwas very easy to use.

Great location if we can get back there for the Toros

The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe for our belongings but one of the sliding doors kept jumping of its rail and we had to struggle to open it. The cleaner’s station was opposite our room 216 and they made a lot of noise from 8.00am onwards. The bathroom was also very clean but the extractor fan didn’t work and the bathroom soon steamed up while showering making using the mirror almost impossible.

Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. New facilities. TV in room was blank though no channels, no Internet. Room safe didn't work.
