The cleaning team barely did their jobs and we were locked out of our room at one point in our stay. Despite this the staff did apologize and tried to make amends.

The hotel rooms are very outdated. The restroom sink was very low so anyone with back issues would not tolerate it. The sink is suitable for children and not adults. The shower was unclean because there was soap residue still remaining from the previous customers. Some of the plugs did not work and the ones that did, made loud sounds from the plugged items. I did not enjoy my stay.

Loved that it was close to NRG

The front desk experience was definitely one of my least favorite, upon checking in there was a wait, the group of ladies being checked in with the other front desk looked upset and were waiting for awhile, once it was my turn the guy checking me in Dmario told me to hold on then disappeared for 5-10 minutes, another lady came up with the other attendant and I could overhear there was already issues that was upset from as well, once Dmario finally came back he was quiet, didn’t explain anything to me about the hotel, and this checking took anywhere between 15-25 minutes. The room was nicely updated, didn’t have a pool but could utilize hotel Chiefly about a block away which was inconvenient, bed wasn’t comfortable especially the pillows. Wouldn’t stay here again

It was nice. Food was delicious. Room was a little cramped but everything was still nice.

It was a short stay, but the staff was excellent, the room, lobby, and overall the hotel was very clean. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. When i am in Houston again, I will definitely stay there.

Conveniently located with easy on/ off access

$25 parking fee per night...not good. Extra $200 fee for possibly damage...not good. Under construction so noise from 9am to 5pm.. Not good. Room was clean and nice.

Great location near Post Oak area. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel is clean and safe.

They were in the process of updating the rooms I guess.

Employees were awesome. Hotel is somewhat outdated, but they are eorking on upgrades. Other than that my stay was pleasant and clean
