Staff! Amazing and efficient! The room was good, the food was good (not great) but the staff especially at check in was really nice, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Offered helpful area advice.

Nice hotel

I booked online via Expedia and then

Convient to Asheville and the airport. Nice common areas to hang out in. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Food and drinks were good.

Good choice for passing thru

The air in my room was not working. I called the front desk, and a staff member came to the room and fiddled with it. The air began to work. Around 1 am, I woke up, and the air had stopped working again. I had an early morning, so I didn’t contact the office again. I had to get out early the next morning, but I had a very sleepless night.

We did not spend much time in the hotel on our visit, but the room was nice, the bed and linens were great. The breakfast was a little expensive so we found other places to eat. We did not want a buffet - too much food for us.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff members were all polite, helpful, courteous and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was great for makeup and hair. I had problems with understanding how the AC in the room worked, but staff helped me out with that,

We were guest given a handicap room which we didn’t need facing the indoor pool. When we requested a trim change, it was immediately switched to the second floor in a much nicer room. Other than that, the hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. They offered a breakfast buffet for an additional cost. Our room rate should have included the breakfast at no additional cost. The hotel was renovated in 2022, and Asheville tends to have higher rates, so we expected that. However, during a 6-week road trip, we’ve stayed at nicer hotels that always included breakfast. Other than that, this hotel was nice.

Ok place for one nite

The chicken tenders were terrible. I ate one, left the rest. The kitchen needs help.

All the staff we interacted with were very warm and courteous. The hotel has a very cozy bar/restaurant area. The atrium of the hotel was also very zen with a fireplace and fountains, lots of light and comfortable spots to read a book with a cup of coffee.

In town for softball tournament and the place was clean and staff was friendly.
