The booking process was easy. Friendly staff, my room was clean and quiet. Love the area and dining choices nearby. No complaints with my stay.

Location, near shopping, close to the highway and breakfast was great.

It’s nice hotel

Very clean, great gym, good included breakfast. Some of the furniture is very run down, only half of my bathroom light actually turned on, and the location, while convenient within the city and right by the highway, does not have anything nearby to walk to or even sidewalks making it safe to walk. There’s an abandoned building next door that looked very sketchy and some interesting people wandering up and down the road. But the hotel itself is well-secured and it worked well for a quick business trip. Not somewhere I would necessarily come to relax or enjoy the city but it served its purpose!

Nice experience

The room was nice and fresh. The amenities on property were nice, would have neen great if they did the gas fire pits for the romantic vibe. Seemed to be great for family environment. I would have preferred to be in a side of the hotel that was less noisy. Would have been nice to have an adult only hour for pool/hot tub access. Breakfast was decent and coffee available was great.

Great property for the price! Great amenities including fitness room, pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The lobby area was very spacious and provided many tables where I could work on my computer while enjoying the free coffee and viewing the fire-pit in the evenings.

Second time staying here. Property is nice but rooms are a little dated, need some upkeep. Most of the staff was very nice except for the lady who checked us in was not nice at all, in fact very rude. All of the other guests that were checking in were told about amenities and given bottled water. She told us read this and no water. Other than that, nice stay.

Large rooms and plenty breakfast options

Overall very good… jut watch the elevator doors, it pushed my wife to the ground.

Front desk rang up and aggressively barked about our “late checkout” even though we were staying another night.

Staff was great!!! Property is dated, dirty outside, our bed and pillows were horrible. Room 515, the sun beams right in your eyes while laying in bed cause how the bed is positioned.

Great location! The staff was amazing. From the front desk agents to the breakfast attendant and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive.

Beds were old and not comfortable.

Hotel was clean; friendly customer service.

Homeless outside property wasn’t sure if my car was safe or if it was safe going in and out of property with my kids
