Good location, really near from HBF, and at the center of all the good restaurants and Asian supermarkets. By the side of the road, easy to find. Clean, helpful staffs, nice view from the pool. There are things that could be improved to make it more perfect, but I've got no complaints, although you need to be clear about your request because I'm not sure if the app do inform the request we made by the app to the hotel.

Great location and busy area around the Japanese suburbs. 10-15 mins walking distance from the main central station. Easy access to everywhere with trams busses subways, Asian restaurants and supermarkets are all around the area! Rooms is quite spacious and super clean! Breakfast is superb and they serve rice and miso soup, just right for us Asian people 🙃.

Highly recommended. Location is very good, near central station and city centre. This hotel is located in the heart of Japanese Area in Dusseldorf, with many Japanese restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was fast and efficient. We got our rooms upgrade to Business Executive, and it was very satisfying. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The hotel mentioned the deluxe room is the new version and it is located just next to the existing building. Nice stay overall although I found that the shower design is not practical since water can easily overflow to the bathroom and unluckily my toilet was clogged but it was solved later on by the engineer.

Location near Japanese cuisine restaurants. The hotel rooms are renovate, nice and spacious.
