When I made the hotel reservation, I clearly paid an extra $10 to book a corner room (with two windows), but the hotel assigned me a room that was not on the corner and had only one window. I was surprised the moment I entered the room, but I didn’t complain to the front desk because I didn’t want the hassle. However, I hope this kind of mistake doesn’t happen to other customers. It would be appreciated if the $10 could be refunded.
