Just ok stayed other places that were a lot better

Beautiful and clean! Great staff

Services were very good, the staff and cleanliness are excellent. The restaurants are also very good. Only issue is that there was only 1 functional elevator leading to long lines and long climbs which is really not optimal.

The check-in and check-out was easy. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. As an Honors member upgrades are available and we loved the upgraded room by the pool. We had a minor hiccup with a light in our room that would not shut off, and had to remain on all night, but we were able to get the light disconnected the second night since they could not fix in easily. The only other "complaint" which really isn't a complaint is that when we were offered an upgrade we were not told about a pool party that would be taking place that had a loud DJ. We didn't mind the party and actually joined the fun which ended at 10 p.m. but if perhaps we had to get up really early or something it would have been nice to know about before taking the room.

Overall the stay was great. The only concerns were the elevators being out of service (waiting after ringing the "doorbell" was long and we ended up taking the stairs) and the long check in process due to what appeared to be a staff member in training. He needed someone with him during the process instead of a person checking in every few minutes.

Door to bathroom did not shut, tub had rust stains, very drafty, sink was outside bathroom and barely any counter space, room service extremely late (5pm+) and did not refill coffee station or tissues. Had to go downstairs to concierge to ask for supplies who did not give us all we needed and said someone will drop off rest while I carry the tissue box and coffee pods!! Only staff elevator was working (3 elevators) and had to wait a long time plus the person selecting the floors missed pressing my floor! Then one morning it was not working at all for about 1 hour. We had to walk up stairs and not good with a baby in stroller. Thank God no one was disabled!! And we did not have a high floor! The bed was comfy and decor was nice but that’s about it!

The property is lovely. The elevators are still under construction from hurricane damage. Staff are fabulous. Communication between team members was a bit lacking with late checkouts and housekeeping repeatedly knocking on my door to ask when I was leaving. Has airport shuttle! Not a lot in the area to do but easy to get around via uber.

This property was nice. My wife and I enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone interested in the property.

This property, although the photos depict a hip/trendy/ well appointed hotel, this property is NOT that. I cannot actually believe I paid almost $900 to stay here for two nights. This is a dated motel with makeup / lipstick slapped on it. The rooms -- I got a king suit and it was garbage. The floors were sticky, it smelled of chemicals, the room's furniture, textiles and bedding /towels were cheap and the room was NOT at all hip, trendy or well appointed as the photos online made it seem. I am just really salty that I got tricked out of $900 to stay here when I could have stayed at WAY nicer hotels for probably less money.

Great experience for my girlfriend and myself! Friendly staff every corner you walk in. Beautiful decor and designs. Two bars (one inside and one outside) along with an outdoor pool. Room is cozy with good views. Wish the bathroom ceiling was alittle higher, as a 6ft 2in person is hitting the ceiling every time taking a shower. One thing Expedia does not let you know is there is a parking fee ($18 per night), which comes out of your deposit. Overall 4.6 out of 5

Definitely will stay there again

The elevators weren’t working so only 1 and had someone in it with us each time? As well as it charged me twice instead of once that won’t be refunded for 3-5 days. Apparently that’s normal.

Everything was except for the issues with the elevator. 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. The elevator that was working had an elevator operator. It also had a cucumber water table that took up too much space for the size of the elevator car.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent and the hotel overall was very clean.

Wonderful friendly staff! Great location. As they are waiting for elevators to be repaired, they only have 1 working elevator, but it really wasn’t a big deal.

The love the look and style of the hotel, especially the front door. Very elegant and chic. I had an amazing and unforgettable experience. The staff went way above and beyond to make my milestone birthday a special one. I love the care, attention and ease the staff made myself and my friend feel throughout our entire stay. Thank you for making our trip feel like a 5 Star Experience. I want to give an additional special thank you for taking our 5 Star Experience to the next level and a remarkable memory we will have for years to come.
