Friendly staff

Property wasn't well maintained. Wall paper seperating, windows dirty, furniture was worn. Exterior of building was dingy.

Have stayed here several times, and this will likely be the last. We had to request a room change as the first room we got did not have a working TV. The microwave wasn’t even plugged in… same for the fridge so it was actually warm inside. Went to call the front desk and the room telephone didn’t even have a cord..WTH! Got assigned to a new room, but everything, the furniture and the overall decor appears to be original and somewhat beat-up. The room couch just seemed kind of gross, such that we could not even bring ourselves to sit on it.

Very outdated. Wouldn’t recommend unless they upgrade.

Needs updating - wallpaper peeling Pool and hot tub were closed and not informed until we arrived though it did eventually open Front desk staff sat down and did not get up to greet people

Good stay, friendly staff. Facility is older and shows its age a little. Beds were awesome. Breakfast fare average for a hotel.

Lack of communication in regards to pool and hot tub not being working- booked rooms with a pool. Would have changed reservations if this was known. Was asked to cancel reservations upon check in after traveling 7.5 hours!!!! Not happy

Pool was down for maintenance. We choose this hotel specifically so our little one could swim. We arrived late at night so we didn’t realize the window was broken and stuck open, so it got super cold in there at night. The next day we discovered leftovers were found in fridge, pop cans and bottles under both beds along with dirt and stuff that should have been vacuumed. Beard hairs in the bathroom sink left behind. Staff wrote down our concerns and offered to move rooms but at that point we were only there a few more hours. At check out they tried giving us a discount but the payment had already been ran through Expedia. Had the room been cleaner the review would have been much better. We do understand the pool issue, just would have been nice to know before arriving.

This place is badly in need of an update. Wallpaper is peeling, hallways are dark and creepy and the only heat in them appears to be plug in units. There is a strange damp smell in the hallways too. Also the pool was closed when I was there which may or may not be permanent.

Just a quick stop on our way to destination. Had pool and hot tub but didn't use due to pool room being cold. Comfy bed and pillows. Very convenient close to restaurants and right on our highway we were traveling on. Thumbs up. I would stay again

Great staff and breakfast. Old and in need of room updates

Used to be great in it's day. Had our wedding there. Now it's run down. So sad.

The room needs to be updated. No heat was not turned on and it was cold in the room. Heated up. The bathroom is so old. The breakfast was terrible!

Very clean, but quite dated hotel. Areas of disrepair in pool area. The pool room was freezing cold, the pool was warm tho and hot tub was hot. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good budget option.

Over all it was a clean room to stay the night. Heat lamp in shower didn't work. Breakfast was ok...hot food wasn't hot. No milk available for cereal. Associate wasn't available to ask for milk.

overall it was a good stay. the only complaint was the breakfast. it was disappointing. they made these baked hammy egg bites that were dehydrated and not impressive. other than that, it was great!

Room was clean and comfortable

Allowed me and my kids early check in and bigger room. Super comfy and clean.
