Very friendly staff, helpful, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Maybe a little dated but they make up for it in effort.

Lovely place to stay before taking the ferry over to Maine.

Our stay was only one night , but it was a very good night. The room was well kept, the pool was exactly what my wife and granddaughters needed and the food in the restaurant was very welcome. It made getting rained out of our tent much easier to take! Thanks to the staff for making our stay worth the extra costs.

Bonne place

Just stayed for a night and we’ve never been there before. We were happily surprised. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Room was very clean, tub was clean, grout white and the room smelled fine. Pool looked clean as well even though we didn't use it. Overall it was nice and exceeded expectations.

Great location for walking to restaurants and the waterfront. Front desk staff were very friendly upon check in. Room was clean but decor was outdated and some pieces of furniture were quite stained ( lampshades and chair). The room was a good size and had a nice view. Not a restful sleep due to noise of the heating/cooling system and the sounds of coughing from the person in the next room. Lots of room for parking outside.

Rooms need to be updated. The room we had the bed dipped in the middle it was way too soft. Ceilings are cracked, Out dated wallpaper, furniture and curtains. Bathroom is small. Could hear the person in the next room cough and talk. Enjoyed the pool and the view.

A great place to stay if you are going to take the ferry back to Bar Harbor. Walking distance to the main part of town and less than 5 minutes drive to the ferry terminal. A very well kept older hotel, with a great restaurant and super friendly staff.

We liked that they had a little care package for our dog

Good location

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything downtown. The hotel was busy but the rooms were comfortable, clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the heated pool after a long day of driving. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and comfy. The only thing that would be nice to add would be a complimentary breakfast, but since we headed out early for the ferry, it really wasn’t a big deal.

I stayed at this hotel after getting off the ferry from Bar Harbor. I am glad I did because the ferry gets in relatively late. Hotel was perfect and convenient before my taking off to drive across Nova Scotia the next day. Room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was just basic. There was only one waitress to take care of lots of visitors but she tried her very best. If I return to Nova Scotia via ferry again, I will definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a great location and parking was very easy to access.
