It was okay….the hotel

The pictures on the site were not what the rooms looked like. The bed was very very soft. I felt like i was going to hit the floor. The couch also set very low.

The room was small, a few amenities, place is old so needs a facelift.

Needs a total remodel

Hotel is ok for the price. So, as it's cheap, it's not well maintained. The real issue is when your room is on the side of the interstate. The room is Uber loud in that case. The other side is quiet Thanks to the lady at the reception who was kind to switch me to the other side 🤗

The room was very noisy because of the interstate

Our room faced I-40 and it was so loud from the traffic, you would have thought the window was open. Therefore none of the family got good sleep. The pool is tiny. We didn't use it due to time.

There should be more options in breakfast. Also, the room had very old vibes. It should have been renovated. Also, drinking water should be available for refill in bottles.

A busy hotel. The room was large with 2 comfy beds. The hotel was a bit dated but on the whole it was ok for a nights stay. The pool was closed which was a big disappointment as we booked this hotel for the pool! The breakfast was ok but not a great deal of choice. It was situated on the main road but luckily we had a room at the back so it was quite quiet.

The property is located off the highway in Amarillo, but the turn in is a little sketchy. Decent parking on the front and back of the property. We arrived and checked in easily, as we prepaid for the room. The clerk was less than friendly, but it was late-ish and the lobby reeked of marijuana, so we may have interrupted something, who knows. The room was standard, but smelled like cigarettes and weed. The guest next door had a dog that barked, a lot. The off putting part of our stay was when the front desk clerk tried to come into our room with another guest, who had the wrong room. No apology offered or anything. Just a weird encounter and we were half asleep. It was cheap, somewhat safe, and we left early.

Great location! Garbage breakfast. Indifferent maintenance. I would be embarrassed if I owned this place.

Extremely outdated, which made it feel not clean. Beds were hard. Room was covered in scratches, poorly painted walls, and in need of a deep clean. Reeked of marijuana.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice. There’s a problem with our TV and it was fixed immediately.

The bed was saggy. The traffic noise was terrible and made it difficult to sleep. There were no hot food or protein choices at breakfast.

Just was a unsafe place

Thrme room was DIRTY, THE BED WAS DIRTY.

The room was clean and comfortable and was as described. The bathroom could use a little upgrading nothing fancy but definitely utilitarian. Great location right on the interstate. The pool outside was good they provided towels and the free breakfast was your basic breakfast. I would recommend staying here based on value location and property.

The hotel was a bit on the old side and is in need of updating!

Sink was kind of disgusting looking. Had paint and scratches. Towels were really thin and rough. Was super tired and slept ok.

1st room we went to the handle was so jiggly the housekeeper almost couldn’t get in as well as our key cards didn’t work they changed us rooms those key cards didn’t work went down a 3rd time finally 1 of the key cards worked handle was jiggly also but not as bad vending only takes cash options for concierge drinks was very limited window doesn’t shut completely so you hear EVERYTHING outside it looks ok there are some cracks and stuff but it’s an old hotel will not be back here ever
