While it wasnonly an overnight stay, i would be more that happy to have stayed many more days! Each one of your staff i encountered were friendly and eager to help. Very impressed with all. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights. The cleaned the room only on day … At the time of check out the stuff at the front desk even didn’t tell thank you or good bye.

Clean room and powerful AC

It’s a good spot to rest. We didn’t really explore nearby but the room was great overall, even if we stayed one night only, I’d stay there again

quiet -Convenient for me- parking availability

As usual I had a fantastic stay

I found the staff to be not accommodating. They didn’t had extra pillows. I requested an hour late checkout to which they said they can’t. Next morning, i reached out again in hopes and the front desk gave me until 12 pm which i was grateful for. From 11 am to 12 pm- i had 3 different people coming asking to vacate the room & i had to tell them that i have permission to stay until 12. I even got a missed call lol. Room was okay to stay but definitely customer service can be nice :) it was also a little bit noisy outside the room.

Conveniently located about 15 minutes drive to EWR airport. Parking is free compared to other hotels right by the airport. King size bed is comfortable and room is clean and have everything needed.

The rooms are a lot more run down that pictured online.

Cleanliness inside the property, we had no hot water in our last day.

Stay was good but not the services offered. We did not get Hot Water for using during a cold day and we had to live with it despite making an efforts to resolve the issue with Guest Services

We stayed before 2 weeks ago it was alot better, this time it was dirty, breakfast was terrible. Room had ants in it, the manager when we arrived wanted 50 more dollars and we had already paid almost 500 dollars, he had a terrible attitude no good customer service. The hotel was extremely dirty

Booked king room thru Expedia , eye we checked in room was a queen… otherwise was only for overnight so made due
