Beautiful and classic hotel on Duval Street. Recently renovated and still full of island charm.

The staff was awesome and so accommodating! They were friendly and personable. They gave us advice on local spots. Such a beautiful hotel, very clean although we did have a bit of mold in shower. In the center of everything, waking distance to ask the best stores, sights and food.

Great location and gorgeous remodel.

The staff were great. The room was average. Location was great. A few small things would go a long way. Maybe include breakfast, orat least have coffee for the guests. Charging $10 for a cup of coffee seems crazy. We've been to Key West a bunch of times but never stayed at this hotel. I would never go back. There are much nicer places for less money.

Excellent location. Hotel had recent renovations and did an amazing job. Gary the bartender at the pool was a delight and kept us coming back to see him! Will stay here again!

I stayed at the La Conch for a long weekend with a friend. It was incredible! I haven’t visited Key West in decades. This hotel was beautifully updated. Every single hotel employee was helpful and friendly. I will be back again soon, based on this lovely experience! Thank you.

Loved this hotel. Great decor, friendly staff and close to everything.

Even though we had to pay for the parking, it was worth it. Parking is very limited in the area. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay everyone was very nice and excellent customer service!

The air conditioning went out in our room and the amazing staff handled everything pretty quickly. We were moved to a slightly larger room which made our stay that much better.

We love the place!

Love the remodel, we have stayed at this hotel several times, and the remodel was nice and brightened all of the previous dark wood spaces. I like the new grab and go snack/beverage place, the water station was used lots by us. The new open bar area was really beautiful and the drink/food selections are a nice addition. One of my favorite places to be on Duval, especially for the price.

Everything is within walking distance. Super nice staff. No complaints.

This property claims to be remodeled, but it’s literally a bad facelift on an aging property. It’s def. not a luxury property.
