Booking on Expedia stated we would receive 20% off a meal , we were told no while checking in (the woman was quite blunt bordering on rude ) , later that evening when myself and my partner went downstairs to attend our dinner reservation I seen a new staff member was working the desk, I brought the issue up and they added the note to my file and the issue was resolved .
We stayed in a platinum king room for two nights over New Years Eve while booking we cross referenced with the website more details of the room, some things on the website aren’t available (cream and milk in the fridge and other small details ) calling room service is difficult and usually takes 3-4 attempts to get an answer. Another perk that appealed to us with the platinum king suite was the bathrobes , so much so we sent the property a message to confirm we would have robes included and they responded they will fulfill the request, upon arrival only one was in the room and it unfortunately had a used bandaid stuck to the inside , they gave us a new one but left this one in our room. Pool was closed without warning and staff seemed annoyed when I called to ask when it opened , we never got to use those facilities. Staff was friendly at most times and hotel was clean, just felt mediocre in comparison to what expected for both accommodations and dining.
