Waterfront location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night and had a very early start fora long return drive home, otherwise would have loved to enjoy exploring the harbour front and downtown.

Great staff. Felt very welcomed for the duration of our stay. Location and view were fantastic as well. Only issue we had was that the sliding door in the 2Bed Room that seperated the bathroom from the rest of the room would sometimes get caught on the carpet and come off the tracks. We had a couple instances where somebody would essentially be locked in the bathroom from this as would require help from somebody in the main room to 'reset' the door. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Check-in was terrible, Need more staff to reduce lineups at check-in time and spread out check in time. Two staff insufficient to speed up check-in, starts off a visit with a bad taste having to line up for over half an hour.

It was a great veiw from my room, my only concern was I was in the 2nd last room at the end of a long hallway. Travelling alone it bothered me. The room was ok carpet was old and chair in room was very uncomfortable. It was still a nice hotel just old.

Staff was great. Check in was slow, and right at 4pm. I get it, it’s listed as a 4pm check in time, but as far as check in times go, it’s a little late in the day, especially when you’re waiting 40 min in line check in. Not the staffs fault, they tried, it’s the managements problem for not staffing up on a long weekend. It’s a hotel you go to for sleep, not to hang out in. Right in the strip, so that was super convenient. Bonus- the downstairs shop had children’s tylonol which I had to get at 2am, so for that, I’m forever grateful.

Great hotel. Close to shops and restaurants and on the water. This is our "go to" hotel when visiting family in Kingston.

The only thing I didn’t like was we had to pay for parking. It should be included in the stay.

Na everything was fine. We had a great time

All of the carpets smell and should be replaced. Staff were excellent. Especially the ladies working the breakfast area. Food was ok. Parking is way too expensive and should be included in the price of the room.

Our deluxe room (a corner room overlooking the harbour) was dated and had ants crawling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast which was $22.00 each was a buffet. Parking was free. Location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby.

There were several hockey players in our hotel, who kept us up until midnight running up and down the hallway and staircase. We reported it to the front desk manager.
