Parking is paid which was not disclosed at the time of booking. And its very expensive $35 per night. Breakfast and food you can buy from hotel but very very expensive and not worth. In a bedroom we booked 2 queen beds but the bed size was not queen actually. 2 people cant sleep on one bed conveniently

Very cozy place to stay.

They were very nice and the room was beautiful. Bed was perfectly soft and firm all in one!

The hotel is in a greaf location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants . Very close to U Ottawa which was ouf reson for our visit. The parking is very expensive, $39.00 for overnight. The hotel is not sound proof at all, you can hear your neighbors. We didn't get any sleep. If it was sound proof, i would book again.

This hotel is well located and the staff are very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a great temperature and the smaller kiddie pool was nice for our younger kids. The location is great - walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was excellent! The front desk changed our room after the first night without any hassle at all. (Our first room faced a street that was quite noisy throughout the night). When I had an issue operating the Keurig machine in the room, they offered me a very well-made coffee from the bar. They even extended our parking by an hour on the day we left. This hotel is in a great location, offers a clean room with comfortable beds, and above all, fantastic customer service!!

Great spot.

Staff were fine. Check in was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. I knew I needed to pay for parking, but the 35$ a day was unreasonable considering the private parking lot next door was almost half the cost. Had I known how inflated their parking prices were, I would’ve went elsewhere. Construction was SO loud and it started stupid early and went super late. I also wish I’d know about that. Pool was ok. One of the better pools I’ve seen on this vacation, but that isn’t saying much. Location was perfect. Right next to Byward Market and walking distance to both the university and parliament.
