Property in general is good for the price, clean rooms, breakfast is not included but Las Ventanas offers a great breakfast buffet not so expensive, parking is included and wich is good also...staff was kind and helpfull when needed

Location very convenient, reception very nice, just kind of not well maintenance the room. It was the door locked broken and kind of update room furniture.

Rooms were clean but badly outdated. Had to pay $100pasos for a damage deposit and when we checked out they didn’t give it back. I suggest if you’re going to stay here and you want your moneys worth, kick a hole in the wall and make them earn that 100pasos.

Hotel is being remodeled. I claim regarding a previous booking on Feb-03 that I wasn't able to attend due to snow flight cancellation (PGV, Greenville NC). I never felt a real interest from Hotel Desk persons regarding my problem. They could do better
