Location very convenient, reception very nice, just kind of not well maintenance the room. It was the door locked broken and kind of update room furniture.

Rooms were clean but badly outdated. Had to pay $100pasos for a damage deposit and when we checked out they didn’t give it back. I suggest if you’re going to stay here and you want your moneys worth, kick a hole in the wall and make them earn that 100pasos.

Hotel is being remodeled. I claim regarding a previous booking on Feb-03 that I wasn't able to attend due to snow flight cancellation (PGV, Greenville NC). I never felt a real interest from Hotel Desk persons regarding my problem. They could do better

It’s a 45 yo hotel needs an urgent renewall. A/C thermostats won’t work, the pool is closed, half of the gym equipment is torn and not functioning. Rooms old but functional. There is lots of noise due to minor restoration.

Rooms are good, my only complaint would be the coffee for the in-room coffee maker, seems to low quality or at least taste watered down. The staff are incredible. We reserved here thinking the pool would be good for the kids, the pool was closed for remodel but they made it right. I am please and will stay here again.

Our last stay here we were charged extra for prediclosed family. Our booking was made for my wife and I along with my two boys but were only honored 2 breakfast for our room. I didnt appreciate being charged additional.

I was surprised and a bit bothered that i was charged extra for my kids breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel previously and and have not had issues with our stay or with Breakfast... but during our last stay we were charged. Everyone was disclosed at time of.booking and it might be
