The Hotel was really good its just the breakfast and dinner was $25 each person. Online it said it was included. The room was nice after they fixed the ac. Also there is allot of traffic going up and down the elevators . OVERALL GOOD HOTEL FOR THE MONEY. They just gappend to be remodeling when i visted. The staff was great, english and spanish speaking.

Excellent choice I recommend for tourists guys need to visit Monterrey book with Expedia app and save $$$ very affordable and easy and the motel Crown Plaza was a must place to stay

Staff was nice and helpful. The water issues seem to be ongoing with construction in the lobby. Hot water and pressure was hit or miss.

La alberca estaba sucia así que no pudimos usarla, es una lástima porque está muy bonita. Y también la entrada estaba en remodelación. Aún así es muy buena opción en el centro de Monterrey

They had a party in the hotel some sort of event by the hotel. Loud by noisy people with a band. Not sure if want to stay there any more. Staff need to smile more often at front desk.

The pool is nice, the staff is kind, and the location is good. The hotel is old but well kept and the rooms have been upgraded.

Nuestra primera vez en este hotel y quedamos muy contentos con el excelente servicio de todo el staff en todos los departamentos, limpieza, meseros, front desk vigilancia. Los cuartos muy amplios y limpios, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas y muy silencio y tranquilo. Emocionados los meseros nos contaron todos los upgrades que le están haciendo al hotel y al restaurant con ese buffet variado y delicioso. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir consentidos durante nuestra estancia.

I always have a great experience every single time that I stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very fresh. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfy.

I always stay at the Crown Plaza Hotels, especially at the one in Monterrey, Nuevo Léon, México. I always add 2 breakfast buffets, one for my spouse and one for myself. The food is always fresh and delicious.

This is old hotel has a lot rooms but no the best choice for Hotel’s ,the clean is average because is to big and is not that busy the rooms smells like old carpet the location is closed to the stores but 10 minutes walk to the marcroplsaza the swimming pool is not so clean the water looks green :/ no healthy but all the employees very nice and with excellent customer service every one are so nice : ) the rooms between 4 & 11 are small no fridge but coffee maker available.

Staff very friendly

I book with breakfast incluided and did pay for it and when i arrive to hotel they told me breakfast is not inckuided. You can check my intinerary and it say brwakfas inckuided. I did oay for it.

This hotel needs total renovation Doors of the room closes barely elevators are damn slow they doing some maintenance so the noise is all over Had a simple dinner at the restaurant quality was awful Wasn’t the stay I expected to be at a crown plaza chain
