I had stayed in this hotel many times .. but this last time I wasn't happy cause it did not have a fridge or microwave... I will probably try another hotel on my next visit to Acapulco

I didn't eat at the property.

Everything and everyone were phenomenal! I will stay again and again. The front bay view suite has a wraparound balcony and a second balcony. The sound of the waves, the sun and cool breeze were music for my ears!

It was a little stressful the way pool towels pick up process front counter-authorization note-pool desk then pick up note at pool desk-returned note to front desk big line at front desk most of the time Lobby bar team was short stuffed and and seems upset and not very helpfull

Breakfast buffet was pretty good, staff pleasant. Property was in a good location and condition, nothing to complain about. I only didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy food or drinks and put them on my room account and pay on checkout. People on check in and check out could have speed up a bit, it took a way too long compared with hotels in US.

Property needs a lot improvement and maintenance.

we spend 2 nights here , good AC, good view , walls are a bit thin and can hear neighbors , cleaning was very good , no fridge , bar closes early at the pool so that kinda sucks

I had a pleasant stay here. Get an ocean view hotel, highly recommend. Room was cleaned everyday. They have live music and a bar by check in. Would book again!
