Easy check in, rooms very nice and clean.

The staff is wonderful

I booked two rooms for my family after we lost power at home. The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating, as were the overnight clerks. Good experience.

Hotel and room were clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Food in bar was great! Convenient to venue we were attending.

Check in was very easy.

Okay stay. Expensive for hair on sheets and cut out ceiling drywall with water damage in room 801 Parking $18 a day. Breakfast at a cost.

I had to pay to park and no complimentary breakfast. The food was expensive. The lobby and restaurant were freezing cold.

Loud air unit and the Television was broken. Room clean and reception area was nice

Room was cold although I turned the heater on. The carpet was cold also I think it’s because of the floor underneath is concrete. Bathroom is on the small side.

Nice room but poor WiFi. Staff ok but you don’t feel valued as a guest. Functional.

Good service. Clean. Nice shower. Towels not soft. Pillows were very soft. AC never got cool. Drinks overpriced. Convenient near restaurants and Tanger Center. We'll stay there again for the next concert at Tanger.

My room was old, the walls and ceiling were cracked. Looked unfinished.

No fan in bathroom. No extra mirror in bedroom. Limited space in room.

Amazing from front desk staff helping us check in and park our vehicle at 3am to the plush pillows and bedding.
