This hotel is very conveniently located on the beach in the middle of town. There is a good beach-side restaurant connected to the hotel. Security staff makes sure parking is available and property is safe in the evenings.

Great beach and pool access. Very clean overall but windows looking out over ocean were a little cloudy.

Beware the pictures on the website of the rooms only match the ocean view room! There is no balcony with cars and the standard rooms on the main road are very noisy The property is very nice! But if your needing a good night sleep this is not the place we were there 4 nights we did not get one night of rest. But if your plan is to be up and party you can’t beat the location. I was there to help a elderly family member and rest was high on my list

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Property outside of room just felt gross everywhere we went. Restaurant needs to be shut down, gutted, and completely remodeled. stickiness everywhere, floors, bar, stools, etc. ....... WAY to expensive for what the actual experience was....

Beautiful ocean view from our 3rd floor balcony. Lovely large room with fridge and coffeemaker. Unfortunately, beds and linens could be better; limited low end bath amenities and no face cloths during our four night stay. On-site Mulligans bar and restaurant is a big bonus. Nice clean pool area with plenty of chaise lounges and table with umbrellas, frequented by families. Spectacular location on Vero Beach within walking distance a variety of great bars and restaurants.

The beach was gorgeous. The location is perfect.

View was perfect. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Property needs some minor repair, nothing serious, minimal cost and can pose safety concerns. Sweeping the outdoor staircase could times a week would be quick easy and would improve the experience. Small stuff. This hotel, however, had it where it counts and is frequently priced. Is go back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Did not know I had that option, but the parking lot view gave you a good opportunity to welcome new guests.

Our room looked out over the pool. The beach is an easy access on the back side of the hotel. There are rooms that open onto a view of the beach and ocean. The beach was beautiful. We also enjoy the convenient access to Mulligans restaurant that adjoins the hotel on the beach.
