Location was great. No luggage cart available at check in due to guests not returning them. Suggest tracking method be used to allow all guests to use them

The online check-in process was easy and convenient. Room was comfortable. Surfaces and bed seemed clean, but the floor definitely needs more attention. There were crumbs and dust visible. Super friendly and helpful front-desk clerk. Easy to get to off the interstate and lots of food options around.

The property has gone downhill since it was a Best Western Premier. Needs a lot of updating. Cabinet in bathroom that holds microwave has paint missing where water probably wore off the varnish. Mattress uncomfortable. Anytime my husband moved on his side it would jiggle my side. Entryway needs remodeling. Especially the ramp going up to the elevator. Needs new tile on floor in entryway.

Waited 35 mins to be checked in was a long line when I arrived then after checking in went to room to find out it was not clean at all and beds were not queens I had my kids with me and they barley fit on one bed so I went to counter to ask kindly if my room was queen beds bc they looked like full said nope there queens nothing she can do about it so after getting no where we managed to make it work… but then ac in room was not working at this point was just over this hotel and people in lobby being loud with a room next to them we could hear everything won’t be stay here ever again!

The door to our room has an inch gap the entire length of the door. You can literally see the hallway. Their is no air conditioning and my grandkids are sweating in their sleep. When I called the front desk. She responded, Can't you open the window? I informed her it's too loud as it's a busy area. She did offer to bring a fan up. By the way the windows do not open on our 5th floor room.Now, the description of the hotel noted that the rooms are sound proof. Well we're are laying here sweating listening to men talk loudly. We can clearly hear them open their cans of beverage. I've never stayed at a motel without air, a door to the hall that has a large gap and zero sound proofing. Never again!!!

Had a fantastic stay. Guest service was phenomenal and I had zero issue with my room. They gave me a paper that said breakfast was 7am-10am. When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. I wasnt too upset since I could just go back to sleep. 5 minutes later front desk called to tell me they'll give me a gift card to nearby dining options as an apology for the miscommunication. I wasnt even looking for anything so I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing staff! 10/10 would love to come back.
