It was really nice an relaxing my did something spontaneous for my wife it was her dads death anniversary so didn’t want her in her head

My overall stay was okay

The hotel location was off 75. But not in the best location. The staff was rude. The AC was hot because doors were being opened and closed. The room was 74 degrees and wouldn’t cool. I expected more for what I paid for 1 night. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I was in town as a corporate speaker.

Booked a room with awhat we thought would be a barrier free tub. It's a low tub with a shower seat. Just check before booking of you're looking for something different. It worked for us. I imagine it was our affinity that was incorrect. Otherwise okay. Noticed the closet bifold doors were missing. Not sure what that was all about, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Comfortable and pleasant. Get to breakfast early if you want fruit tho!

When I got to the hotel at 1am , they didn’t have my name in the system after the room was paid for . They blamed Expedia. The gentleman at the front desk. Didn’t know what to do took him a half an hour to figure out how to get me a room. Waited one hour in the lobby until I got a room until 2am , pool area was filthy , pool was very cold for indoor, AC in the room made loud noise when I turned it off you can hear the room next doors AC rumbling . Shower door won’t stay closed kept opening I guess not leveled properly. And the breakfast was awful

I requested an accessibke room with a hand held shower head, my room did not have that. When i brought it to the front desk person he blamed on the 3rd party payment i used. He went to visually see uf the other available room had it, when he returned he not only did not approach me to up date me, he stood at the desk to tell me the status. I'm sitting nearby, and tell him u csnt hear anything he's saying. He comes a bit cliser, and tells me that the acis out in that room. "If you want, i can go check other rooms. " i tellhim that im here for an event- tonight. And he's wasting my time. Then on my way out to get something to eat, i ask about the manager on duty, the woman asks what its in regard to, i explain, she walks off goes through a door that seems to be an employee entrance, returns shortly saying that the manager is in a meeting, at 6pm. I give her my room # for him to follow up, he NEVER does! And no apology or any further effort to resolve my issue. Needkess to say i WILL NEVER stay here again.

It was an amazing trip the concert was amazing and so was the bar tender at the hotel really nice guy

My son’s lacrosse team stayed at this hotel for a tournament and it was perfect for us.

The room was nice.

The room was very comfortable. No complaints. I also appreciated the quietness. Walking to my room, I noticed families with young children. At first I was nervous about the possibility of hearing them, but once I entered my room. all I heard the whole weekend was silence. LOVED IT

Great staff. Very nice. Outside grounds were clean but a pain to maneuver the curbs with a walking issue. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable.

the shower was not cleaned well, if cleaned at all. Long strands of hair was found on shower wall. Other than that the room was okay. The furniture is outdated as well as the tv.
