The elevator was broke for my 70 year old mother had to walk to thd 6th floor.

I enjoyed my stay

Property was nice, didn’t appear to be in a bad area. Only thing I didn’t care was a giant gap under the door. Let in a lot of noise and someone could peep in the room if they wanted.

Very Nice

Well, probably I have a different standard when it comes to hotels; I have always stayed at Hyatt place when I’m here ; but this time we are staying here for just one day as we are on our way to Disney; the hotel, I think, needs renovations; room tv looks like it’s 20 years old; lobby floor looks unsanitary; beds are too small; overall I don’t think I will come back to this place again; also I believe the staff is probably nice but had no communication with them.

I enjoyed this property. The restaurant and hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Nice facility. Nice restaurant with good food and drinks. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was the flies in the restaurant. Other than that everything was great.

This was a pleasant one night stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would stay again if I needed to.

Amazing

The hotel and stay was nice.

Bathroom shower was clogged with toilet paper or paper towels, toilet was so low that it was a safety issue,

We had a KingSize bed and checked in around 2:30 on a Friday and dropped our bags in the room and went out for the rest of the day. Got back around 10pm getting ready for bed only to find that house keeping staff had put a twin fitted sheet on the bed and then covered it up. Went to front desk asked house keeping to bring a correct sized sheet. 39 min later no staff. They then had the gall to ask me what time I had checked in. Why would that matter. Asked and received a new room around 11:30pm. In addition bathroom ceiling covered up a hole with drywall panel as a cover. Panel was falling down.

We'd stopped staying at the Delta as it seemed there was a decline, we decided to give them another shot and i'm glad we did. The room was exceptionally clean and we truly appreciated that. We will be back as we visit the area frequently.

Was very pleasantly surprised clean and friendly

My girlfriend and I spent a delightful weekend at the hotel. While most aspects of our stay were fantastic, there was one minor issue that is worth mentioning. Despite our request for the sheets to be changed during our time away at a wedding, the hotel staff only provided us with fresh towels, which we certainly appreciated. We were there for a total of three days, and aside from this small oversight, our experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The bartender, Rhianna, was exceptional, and the three front desk employees were equally wonderful. There was one staff member in particular whose name I didn't catch, but every time he saw us, he had a kind word that made a real difference in our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

Needs better customer service and better cleaning of the hotel rooms.

Nice hotel. Would stay again and recommend. Room, restaurant, bar and pool all great!
