All Good

Tired hotel with no amenities and lackluster staff

Clean hotel in a good area. The room smelled heavily of smoke when we arrived but cleared up by the next day. Nothing fancy but everything was adequate. Several good restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

They never gave me my deposit back

There were no amenities in the rooms are on premises.

Easy to get to and property managers where very welcoming

This is by far the cleanest & friendliest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed in. I loved that instead of having a continental breakfast, they just lowered the price. Waffle House was just a 2 minute walk. They do have coffee though! Oh! And I didn’t wake up with an achy back like I do at some hotels.

It was a clean hotel with decent bed, but they don’t provide with basic things like shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer. No coffee maker in the room, either. Breakfast wasn’t provided either, but Starbucks was right next door, so it didn’t bother me much. I would be more prepared if I ever use this hotel again.

I have always liked Motel 6 -- till now. Not again. First had a surprise of a XXXXX damage fee this hotel collected up front when we got there. Got the room through 'Expedia', which I would rather go through the hotel. There was no idea of these on 'Expedia'. Next the young cashier was not even friendly about the check in. We got there an hour early, OK we should have been able to check in, and they make sure the room is ready. She would not even discuss it. We camp and travel a lot, that was a first. When we did check in, the room --stunk--. OK it was a smoking room because I needed something cheap. We were there for my wife's medical treatment. But it should still smell good. We went back down to the desk. And another better manured person was there. Wife told her we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. She did call the manager, who said he would get us the refund. We went to another hotel, now at home. We will see how long to get the refund.

After driving all day, the last thing we wanted to do was drive to get dinner. There were so many restaurants nearby and the weather was great so we walked. It was really nice.

Overall the stay was fine, however my wife and I both noticed the bathtub had a wobbly center which could cause an elderly person to fall while showering
