My card was not processed properly for incidentals and I was called late at night and told I had to return by 11 PM to process again even though I had paid in full. There was no refrigerator in room.

Good and cold

This property needs attention. There’s a lot of deferred basic maintenance to the walls, plumbing, etc. that is cosmetic but leaves a lot to be desired in experience. The sidewalks and pool surface were painted but not with paint that has grit. So, with the summer rain, the sidewalk was slippery. The stairs of the pool were slippery and my spouse fell getting into the pool. If you can spend a little more, stay at the Hilton up the street. It’s a much nicer hotel. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

The stay was ok I would not stay here again tho the showers was so nasty the bedsheets had brown stuff on themDO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was a total disappointment! The very best thing about this hotel was the workers. The young lady at the front desk when I checked in/out(same person) was superfantastic! The property however, was not inline with what I've grown to expect from HOLIDAY INN. The furniture is OLD and the varnish is chipped. The elevators and carpeting smells like "Oil Field Workers" were living there. My room, 348 was subpar as well. Like the rest of the hotel, the paint and wallpaper needs updating. The bed was great. The bathroom was small. The "KLEENEX" holder was rusty. The shower has mold and the tub drains turtle slow. I literally stood in bath water during my shower. I asked for the Manager's email to share my thoughts and pictures. This hotel was once the "go-to" place to stay down town, near the freeway. I referred my best friend and his fiancee to this property and they have this as their opinion of Shreveport Hotels.

Very very outdated, carpet in the rooms where very dirty, very low water pressure, AC didn’t get cold, hard beds, just a bad place to stay.

It wasn’t amazing but not horrible. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work. We asked at front desk for another and some clean towels. Never got them. Called front desk again that evening put on hold and they never returned we gave up

Everything was great

There was an airconditioning drain leak into the room for both days of our stay. Maintenance could not repair until room was vacated and there were no rooms available for us to move to during our stay so had to stay in room. Carpet was soaked and could not use half the room during our stay. Desk area and sitting area were off limits due to carpet saturated, and could not get window curtains open or closed unless we sloshed through the water.

Our stay was wonderful! It was close to the event & casinos. The check in staff were amazing, friendly, & resourceful. Immediately greeted us as we walk up to the desk.

Very out dated. Sheets dirty, stinky smells in hallways, we just felt dirty being there.

My stay was great!! The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Room had a bad smell. Stains on the sheets, carpet and wall. Very low shower pressure and not cleaned properly. Breakfast no fruits at all, no access to different beverages. Had to constantly ask for coffee instead of being able to get a drink myself.

The property was old but decent. I would not return to that location but the staff was great!

Nothing special at all....could use some major updating and be nice if all the ice machines worked! And NO vending machines....this is so if you need to buy some snacks or a soda you have to pay $3/each for them at the front desk. Wasn't impressed
