It was a tremendous disappointment. The hallways were dingy and dirty and smelled of urine since it’s a pet friendly hotel. The armchair in the room was filthy. I hesitated to walk barefoot on the carpeting. Well past a renovation.

Our stay was for two nights. When we arrived, the room didn't seem very clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom lock didn't work, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work properly, so we had to sleep all night with that constant noise, among other things.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was a good with several options.

All the amenities in this hotel was great, as well as staff and cleanliness.

Property is okay, a bit run down and way over priced. Kids list money in arcade when machines didn’t work and staff refused any refund.

Older hotel. Nicely refurbished.

The first room we were given had a window that would not close or lock. The room was filled with bugs. Also the toilet was barely bolted to the floor. I almost took a header trying to make a movement. The hallway floor was soaking wet probably from an ice machine leak. Shady characters outside wanting other guest to use their key to let them in. The place was gross so what the helleante i let em in. Food from the restaurant smelled good tho.

People work there are nice. But the building was so old and dirty.

I liked the skylight above the swimming pool. However, the pool is not heated. It felt cold going in the pool. Only one of the exercise bikes and thread mills worked. Also, the equipment is very limited. Not a lot of weights and exercise machines. The continental breakfast is great.

The hotel is showing its age. Chipping paint, popcorn ceilings with water stains, old caulking that needs redoing in the bathroom. The beds are good. The bathrooms are tiny. Also what really got me is how dark and uninviting the hotel is. The carpets are dark, the walls are dark and the hallway lighting is dim. The pool area seems to have lights but they aren't on in the evening. It just feels dark and lonely and not a place you want to be.

Great location with friendly staff, but some areas need improvement This place has a fantastic location and plenty of activities. However, the games—like the pool tables and arcade machines—are quite outdated, with some missing parts. Unfortunately, they don’t offer refunds for broken machines, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. That said, we were surprised when they refused to make more bacon, even though there was still over an hour left before breakfast ended.

Room was clean and comfy, staff was friendly and efficient BUT: Pool doesn't open until 10 am and is weirdly combined with the wedding venue space. Internet in our wing of the hotel wasn't working. Staff didn't say anything about the internet being down, but then said it was a storm, but it worked fine in the lobby. Seemed more like an ongoing issue of being uneven across the hotel (varied between one and two bars, but wouldn't connect in our room, four bars and connected fine in the lobby). Reliable internet in every single room should be standard. I felt transported back to the early 2000s and not just bc of the internet.

No usb sockets available so unable to charge any devices, took for granted they would have them so did not pack charges. Hotel room is showing age especially in bathroom.

The room was very fresh and clean.

Great spot in Kingston, perfect for venturing into the Historic district, or driving over to Woodstock or the Catskills. Check-in took a while due to short staffing.

Very comfortable. Clean, attractive, friendly staff, quiet. Its nice to have a restaurant in the facility. And free breakfast !

The checkin staff member was polite, and kind. The room is old and with the courtyard being right outside, the noise was ridiculous at 11:30 PM. Hard to get good rest. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean.
