The housekeeping staff was excellent.

Great location and excellent view from the room. Staff are very friendly and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and the sunset at night is marvelous from the room.

The staff was excellent! The location and view are unbeatable! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. In general the rooms are a little tired and could use a refresh. I would definitely stay again.

Our balcony view was beautiful and unobstructed. We could hear the ocean waves lapping on the shore from the room even when the doors were closed.

Excellent location and view of beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Older hotel but clean, quaint and comfortable. Check in and out quick and efficient. Expedia was very helpful from booking through to check out with updates, reminders and suggestions.

The hotel was a great location in old Nice. The room had an amazing view of the sea. The bed was a little firm and didn’t care for the shower head at all. If you didn’t hold it water came out on the floor. Hard to shampoo your hair with two hands. The room was quiet with the windows closed. The buffet breakfast was ok. Not hot and never changed do 6 days of the same thing got a little old.

Awesome view! Comfortable! Loved the hot water for my tea and coffee! Easy to just walk into town for shopping and food. Great start to our vacation

Could not have been in a better location with a great view of the ocean and promenade! Balcony was very large and perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset. Only downside was that the walls were pretty thin so could hear neighbors easily, but the other aspects made up for it.

Nice beach views & convenient but the service was so so. The rooms are extremely small for the price. After our check out at 11 am, they did not help us to get change in a room as our flight was late at night.

Small boutique hotel in the absolute best location. Worth getting balcony. Breathtaking views. Good size room in good condition, but be prepared it is an old building. Modern amenities. Best for people who appreciate a boutique hotel in the south of France, not necessarily a Marriott or Hilton big-brand experience.
