No lights in elevator. Elevator had unpleasant odor

The breakfast was NOT complimentary. You have to pay over $11.00 dollars per person for breakfast. Luckily there was a McDonalds next door so I could get 2 breakfasts for less than $11.00.

Very nice

Walking into the hotel i did expect what i foubd i side the room. Lobby and desk area are nice and neat. Room had dust and cob webs in the top corners of the room and dust on the ceiling. The walk in shower had what appeared to be mold. Found zip lock bags under the bed and the mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel is definitely showing its age and cohld absolutely use a full make over.The area was nice for what we needed it for. But $11.49 a person for breakfast is a little crazy for the little they had to offer.

It wasn’t a bad area and I loved the pool! The rooms could benefit from upgrades, in addition to some of the patchwork being looked at. It’s just outdated. The bathrooms could use a fan too! Staff was great and I’d stay again, especially in the summer with the outdoor pool.

All the staff was extremely nice, courteous and helpful. The room was fairly clean, but there was hair in the bathroom and a few stains on the sheets.

Great place to stay if you’re heading to any of the sports stadiums in Cincinnati

The room was hot, the a/c didn’t work. The shower was gross. We left in the middle of the night l. Won’t be back again

Coming from florida I did not know anything about cincinatti. I stayed at this hotel which is in the middle of a unpleasant neighborhood. Would not recommend. When we get to the room one of the beds have stains on the sheets and under the pillow. The rooms have definitely not been renovated. Only around 5 channels on the TV work, the rest says no signal. There was about 10 kids in the back parking lot where everyone parks playing baseball. I had to park my rental far from the door. The breakfast was around $11 a person each day, we paid on our last day for breakfast before the airport and the food was cold. Very disappointing. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, but due to issues and location I will not be staying again.

We have been staying here for 10+ years, my kids love the outdoor pool and the easy trolley access for the Reds games.
