Hotel was okay. Lobby area could use a clean. Rooms were clean but dated. Bath tub was holding too much water. Needed to be unplugged. Not enough towels, only enough for 2 travelers. Breakfast was the worst. Ran out of food and juice by 8:45.

The indoor pool had no heat and check in was easy but the elevators were dirty with hand prints.

This property was very convenient for where we were headed. The staff was nice and accommodating!

advertised a hot tub but it was broken-arrived cold on motorcycle so would have helped warm us up-otherwise rooms were very clean and modern

The property looks a little old on the outside, but it's pretty updated on the inside clean the restaurant/bar that's connected is amazing as pool tables and big TVs for watching games. We went to a concert and then came back and hung out there and were able to walk up straight to our room. It was a great time

Our room had a huge stain on the carpet. The light was dusty. The vent in the bathroom had a ton of dirt and they had nothing in the hallways to absorb sound

Room smelled like dirty chlorine pool water mixed with stinky feet. Bedside table was dirty but staff cleaned it for me while we were at dinner. Great sports bar area & fairly descent breakfast.

I booked this hotel for a girls night and specifically for the pool and hot tub use.We got there to check in and they said it was under construction,No where in the website did it state this. I feel like if this amenity wasn’t available it should state so. The elevators were sketchy and rough and dirty,the room was stale and the bathroom had hair in the tub and floor. Bed sheets had dirt smudges on them even though they were made. The free breakfast that was provided was over cooked biscuits and eggs. And the area was a complete mess. The front desk staff was the best thing out of our stay,they were very friendly,energetic and welcoming . I just never stayed at clarion that was this poorly kept. Won’t stay here again when I return to San Angelo.

Property really needs some upgrades. The room and bathroom that we had was clean but the tiles in shower had molded grout in the corners and the wall was falling apart by the shower . The noise was escalated because hall was part floor and no carpet so every door that shut echoed and everyone that was talking in the hall was amplified. The staff was very professional and really nice. I think we will try somewhere different next time.

Hotel was probably built in the early 1970's. Needs updating.

Everything was perfect

Near old downtown area and I believe it’s considered a historic area. Family oriented neighborhood with a park and lake nearby.

We came here for the pool and hot tub and it was shut down what a disappointment.

Great location and staff was courteous! Nice having the restaurant on site and access to many other establishments close by! Clean and comfortable bed😊

the pool and hot tub area was closed and I wasn't notified of this before booking this room and would of booked at a different hotel. After the bar closed the other occupants on the 4th floor decided to continue the party till 4am
