Such a lovely experience. The staff, Ms. Bintang was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, the bathroom was recently renovated and the view from the balcony was amazing. Will come back for sure.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the Southern Cross station, about 5 minutes walk. In front of the station there is a tram on both sides of the road. Opposite the hotel there is a convenience store, clean rooms to arrive before check-in time. Staff was able to enter the room. Disadvantage had to lift the bag up a bit of stairs.

Location is very good. near Southern cross station, you can walk from 'Sky bus' stop to hotel just 5-10minute. Service is awesome. Transportation is very convenient and the hotel is in Free Tram Zone. If have the chance, We will stay here again and again.

An okay experience. It's a nice hotel with superb location, just steps away from the Southern Cross St. and the tram stop. It's not a brand new hotel, so don't expect anything fancy. The room was good - we stayed in disabled-friendly room, and it's a spacious room for 2. The AC made strange noises, but not a big problem. Also, don't forget to bring your own toothbrush.
