Staying in Athens for the first time, I spent time researching for a hotel that would suit our needs as well as offering the amenities we were looking for. I am glad we found this place and after staying for two nites, I am glad we did. We were complimentary upgraded from Junior suite to Junior suite with balcony and very much appreciated that. From booking with Expedia, a bottle of wine was on the house so that was really cool. The room and layout was spectacular and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was immaculately clean and thanks to the wondering housekeeping service. Their breakfast hands down was perfect as you have many options to choose from and everything was very fresh with a sustainable touch. Special thanks to Mariza from the dining section. Thank you to Sotiris with checking us in and offering many tips to navigate around the city. We even took advantage of the free hair salon service from the hotel and Valeri is an amazing hair stylist. This hotel also has a gym and sauna. Definitely would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. However, the best part of the hotel is the staff! Sotiris, went above and beyond to make our stay in Athens exceptional. Stella, Maria, and George were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, excellent hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful. The location was at the edge of the city center. Not accessible on foot. The hop on hop off bus was at 15 minutes walk. The metro station was at 10 minutes walk.

The staff were very nice and accommodating to my needs.

The breakfast was good, but there were a number of issues in my stay: 1. the AC didnt work in my room 2. this isnt the hotel's fault, but there were too many kids running around in the halllway and throughout the hotel. this must have been a kids field trip. maybe 50-75 kids total. they were running up and down the hallway until like 1-2 am. What is the hotel's problem is they didn't do anything about trying to keep the noise down. 3. Because it was so hot in the room combined with the noise, I got very little sleep every night I think I may have learned my lesson... I should have stayed at more expensive hotel (possibly even a chain hotel) to price out this kind of nonsense.
