Spacious very clean rooms in a great location.

Great location, convenient walk to village of Gatlinburg, poor service during our stay, charged for parking when never told. Had a king bed with couch pillows, no big pillows available.

Loved the location as we wanted to go through the roaring Fork Nature Trail a couple of times during our stay. The room was spacious and quiet. The terrace area was beautiful on the river but there is a hotel and pool on the other side. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and quiet property walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip

The room was very open. The balcony was nice. It was very clean. The pillows were very thin and the tv didnt work half the time. Was hard to figure out. Pool and hot tub were really nice and the seating area outside was nice. The staff was courteous and help with what every we needed. Location was good not downtown but everything was within walking distance.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Love the hardwood floor look in the room. Easy walk to Main Street or the trolley can pick you up just down from the hotel.

Our stay was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean, especially the bathroom. We'll stay there again when in the area.

Daytime hotel hostess was rude and hateful evening staff was much better the swimming pool that was advertised online has been filled in and turned into a stupid pickle ball court I do not recommend this hotel to anyone under 75 years old

Our trip was amazing. We had so much fun. The room was nice and comfy. The breakfast was great too! The staff was very nice and friendly.
