Dirty rooms and poor maintenance.

I didn't like the noise from outside. It was very high and difficult to sleep

Room had a mouldy smell and was deteriorated and dirty

No acostumbro hacer esto, pero este hotel necesita urgentemente una inyección de fondos para revivir! Nos encanta el desayuno buffet, desayunamos ahí todos los días de nuestra estadía, el lobby muy lindo, atención en el estacionamiento muy bien, de el elevador a los cuartos un desastre, el elevador lleva años sin darse abasto y aun le tienen que dar mantenimiento durante horas donde aun hay movimiento, se tenia que usar un elevador de servicio y pasar por areas horribles para usarlo. Pero eso no es lo peor, el olor a drenaje en el cuarto, la alfombra mas sucia que he visto en mi vida, la pintura de las paredes de el baño descarapelándose, las chicas limpian bien, pero es que pobres, con lo que tienen que trabajar, tan viejo y descuidado. Las colchones donde te sientas se parten por la mitad. De suerte no nos tocó esta vez en los cuartos que tienen las ventanas cubiertas que son aun mas horribles. El peor hotel 4 estrellas en el que me he quedado en mi vida. La gente que trabaja ahí no se merece trabajar en un lugar en esas condiciones. Podría seguir… pero ya fue suficiente para alguien que nunca da reviews.

Worst hotel Old , zero maintenance

When i got there they were working on the VIP access room, but they did not honor the drinks or the food. Had to pay.

Excellent customer service, good, clean and spacious rooms, awesome room service.

Bad smell in the rooms, “drenaje smell” the plugs for electricity doesn’t work! You can not charge your phone or anything in the room! They bounce back

Room need upgrade

The property is outdated it looks dirty and the elevators haven’t worked in months, our room didn’t lock so we stayed with the door pretty much open and the staff didn’t care much, and we stayed on their executive rooms which supposed to be the good ones

Great last minute choice !

Rooms are a little dark for my Taste needs more light make rooms brighter rooms but after all it’s a very nice place we are very happy to say it’s a great place people are very nice very courteous breakfast buffet it’s perfect very delicious totally recommend swimming pool experience was awesome it’s wonderful place elevator need more elevators there’s only one and very slow

Looks like the property is under renovations at the moment. The carpet in the room and the washroom was outdated

The staff was rude and the air condition in my room wasn’t working and it took them all day to fix it

Hola, muy mala experiencia. El hotel esta antiguo. Funciona uno de los dos ascensores hace ya más de un año. LAs habitaciones cómodas, pero antiguas. EL Wifi se cae a cada rato.

The room was dirty and the facility was dirty (the hall) the sheet’s smelled the only area that looked nice and clean was the lobby
