The "golf veiw" room was "semi golf veiw" had to stand out on the balcony to see the water or right against the window. Other than that it was a great stay

Room was clean, broken lamp and sliding door to balcony. Room service only when requested. Everything else was great. Restaurants $$$$

The double bed room was actually 2 fulls not the normal 2 queens-was not advertised.

Hotel was a little dated, but you cannot beat the location and beach!

Room was not gulf view as promised, construction every day with no heads up it was going to happen. Awful customer service.

Pool heater was broken the entire stay.

Staff friendly & room was nice and clean

The room was nice. The view was great. It's on the beach and there's a lot to do in the area. There's a trolley for local travel at a great rate. The second pool was being repaired so there was a lot of noise during our stay. It's referred to as a resort, it really didn't seem like a resort to me. Most of the staff were great with a few exceptions. Overall, it was a nice stay.

room was clean although we had no shampoo or body soap that is provided in the shower. Balcony needs updating and was very loud in the area over the air conditioner units outside

Had a subpar experience a while ago, so I reached out. They made it the most incredible experience. They made it right. Absolutely outstanding experience. The beach, the room, the food. Everything was perfect! Thank you Emily!!!

Good experience

The staff at the Hilton was second to none! Eric, the bartender on the beach/Tiki bar was wonderful and so attentive. Jason and Dylan at the pool bar were friendly and on top of every person‘s needs. The room was clean and it was quiet. The only Complaint would be the lack of transparency with the pricing of chairs and umbrellas on the beach that are not included in the resort fee.

Hotel is in a great location and this was our second stay there. Only complaint was that we had to ask for a lot to be replenished even though we had the room serviced every day. Had to call down to have the shampoo and show gel bottles refilled and had to call down for toilet paper. Staff was very good at granting our requests.

Most of the hotel was in need of some TLC. The one pool was closed. NO Notice on the website either. The 2nd things the charge for the beach recliners as a paying hotel guest is outrageous. Again no where on the website stated there was a charge for ALL beach chairs lounges. My mom’s room had a massive leak I her room the carpeted floor was soaked. No changes of room. We were here for our mother’s 80th birthday. Our bedroom was not cleaned. When I found one of the cleaning staff she had me bring down the wet towels.

Great housecleaning. Loved the tiki bar and mobile tiki bar.
