Loved the spa area

Lovely hotel, friendly staff in hotel and restaurant where the veg burger was good. Quite a bit of noise from the roads outside but didn’t stop me sleeping. Parking secure on site, it’s quite a way from city centre but local buses and uber worked a treat

Property incredible and clean. Staff were incredible, parking was on site and affordable and the pool/gym area was very clean and modern

Good stay outside of Antwerp. Clean and new enjoyed the pool , steam room and sauna. Bathroom didn’t have any lock , not sure why it wasn’t fixed before just a. If inconvenience . Only stayed one night so didn’t ask to move rooms . Would stay again

The hotel is nice inside, has a nice pool, gym, but the room I stayed in was so noisy from the traffic, with multiple freeways all passing in front and around and traffic flowing all night. I barely slept each night. Tried to change rooms, but none on other side of building available. Won’t stay here again for risk of getting similar facing room. Last time I stayed I must have been on the other side of the hotel.

Cool

First thing I find on the elevator wall in this place is a story about some local big shot architect who is obviously a genius, because he is local, who designed this monumental landmark, and therefore it is a piece of art. The truth is there are hundreds if not thousands of much better hotels. One important difference is they are quiet. When you build something of glass and concrete, gotta make sure you cut low frequency noise coming from a nearby highway. The genius architect here didn't. Knowing that, the reception staff must fill quietest rooms first to keep most guests comfortable especially when the place is only half full, if they care. We got a room facing highway on entirely empty floor. That was not very accommodating. We spent a troublesome night listening local traffic. The name of the receptionist is Ian.

Great hotel. Nice restaurant!!

Convenient from motorway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy checkin and out. Food was average. The pool and gym area were great. Unfortunately the hotel corridor smelled of cigarettes.

Not great

When I arrived there was no heating in the room. Staff came to check and said heating will start soon. After 3 hours nothing happened so I asked to change room. And all was fine

Way below average customer service. Bad attitude towards guests from the front desk.

Overpriced for what you got - particularly the restaurant. Very little choice for the restaurant menu and the prices were too high for the quality of the food. Advertised as a bar and a restaurant but did not have a separate bar Poor sound insulation between the rooms. Could hear television from room next to mine.

Nice hotel; clean and convenient

cleaning service was not good , I stayed 2 nights but bathroom was not cleaned during my stay . beside of beds and pillow were not comfortable

Great place

Very good and friendly staff. They sllowed early check in. That is very nice. Recommend to others to stay there.

Close to motorway and city, easy check in, open air parking, great breakfast, super comfy beds, nice shower facilities, clean and decent general presentation. I would stay again. Great customers service from Reception staff. Some things to improve: door repairs, stained carpet, AC is a smelly.

Staff were generally nice and approachable however when we requested extra towels for a family of four in the morning the housekeeper was a bit rude. The swiming pool is only for swimmers there is no shallow area for young non swmmers. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. All in all a good stay.
