The toilet water leaked on the floor. Shower did not drain. Room smells mold and very dusty. Even the front desk computer was very dusty and dirty, although the host was polite.

When I checked in Carmil, had informed me that my reservation was cancelled. He stated that was what the system told him. He stated I had to call someone. I asked who, he stated the third party that I booked with. He stated he could walk me in at a rate and that hotels.com would refund me. I informed him that I booked a non refundable. And it wasn’t refundable. He stated I had to call. I called and of course they were closed with it being almost midnight. I called Wyndham and closed. I texted the Wyndham customer care number and they stated my reservation was active. Carmil told me I had to call them. I informed him it was a text line. He stated that Wyndham didn’t have that. And that my reservation was still cancelled and that he couldn’t find it. Then it turned out from the other worker, that my reservation was accidentally checked in not cancelled.

The photos of the room in the Internet and the area surrounding look really nice but when we got there, it was not at all what I expected rooms were very worn out carpet you know sticky, and the hot water was on the wrong side instead of it being on the hot side, it was on the cold side And I would like to request my money back actually.

BEWARE!! RAMADA WILL NOT HONOR PAYMENT MADE THROUGH HOTELS.COM. I had to give ONE star for all categories because Ramada Inn did not actually honor my reservation and payment made through Hotels.com. The front desk clerk said that I had to pay for the room again and request a refund from Hotels.com. After telling me they didn’t accept credit card and I had to pay with cash or debit, I ended up staying at a different hotel. Horrible service and experience at 11pm.

This place is in serious need of updating. Furniture looks like garage sale rejects. The wall heat/air unit was old and very noisy...couldn't sleep with it on. The bathroom was clean, but needed maintenance. Bed coverings were clean but smelled of bleach. The bed was cheap, hard, and uncomfortable. Hallways contained litter. We didn't want to try the breakfast because of the overall appearance of the place...old and in need of maintenance. We travel through Barstow a couple times per year, and booked this place because our usual hotel was booked up. We will not ever book this place again.

I booked a king-size bed, non-smoking room. The first room I was given had two queen beds, and the room and hallway smelled disgusting. I complained and was given another room that was satisfactory. My complaint should not have been needed in order to get a decent, properly configured room. I will be making a return visit next week, and hope that will be a better experience.
