World class and very comfortable bed and bedding, as well as clean bed and bath linen. Staff is kind and service oriented, but some require more training for example explaining to guests payment policies. Bathroom is old and not funcional: for example, the hot water in the shower takes very long to run and it is difficult to get the right mix of hot and cold water, but worse, you have to step into the tub to turn the water on (no access to the faucet from outside the tub, and you get you all soaked (initially very cold) when water comes out of the shower, this is very frustrating . The front door lock gets sometimes stuck, and need more USB ports. Food is good. Laundry is very good.

Like the premium customer service rewards program from Expedia the hotel gave us an exclusive free daily entry in the breakfast and dinner canapés bar where we have the placer to know the Fiesta Club, they offer an excellent service their name are Alexis, Violeta, Raul and Saul, all of them make the difference for the high compromise with the customer's service. I'll remain all these persons like the ones who make the big difference in our trip to Mexico. These persons deserve a salary compensation for their excellent job, and I hope these comments make this happen. You can choose the Fiesta Americana Hotel in your next trip to Mexico because their personal make you feel welcome and you never regret for choosing this Hotel.

The hotel is not longer a good option to stay. It is not clean and it needs a full renovation

Excellent place

location is great. staff is horrible. shower clogs up. i called for service i was told the pipes are old and nothing they can do lol. room service they tell you it would take 30 minutes it took 58 mins. i didn’t ask how long it would take mind you. sat for breakfast ordered eggs 1 hour later we left. no coffee refill. manager had this rude look on her face bothered that i had a complaint. don’t stay here.

Everything it's good

Great location! I loved being able to use the steam room and sauna after my morning workouts. Will stay here again.

Nice lobby, Decent room, mini fridge was locked and there was no other fridge to use. Only stayed one night so I didn't use any amenities. Overall, good stay!
